Welcome to AuditTrackr. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. AuditTrackr is operated by THE SOLENT TECH GROUP, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 16926258), with its registered office at 11 Milbrook Road E, Southampton, Hampshire, United Kingdom.
How Credits Work
Our "Buy Credits" model explained.
- Purchasing: You buy credits to use our services (processing receipts, etc.).
- Usage: Credits are deducted per action (e.g., 1 receipt = 1 credit).
- No Expiration: Credits do not expire while your account is active.
- Non-Transferable: Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Refund Policy
Important information about cancellations.
We use secure third-party processors. We do not store card details.
- Final Sale: Purchases are final. No refunds on used credits.
- 14-Day Cooling-off: (UK/EU Consumers) You may cancel within 14 days if you have not used any credits. Using a credit waives this right.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. All activities under your account are your responsibility.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes. You must ensure your WhatsApp messages do not contain illegal content.
Legal Standard Clauses
Intellectual Property
All content, software, and trademarks are the property of THE SOLENT TECH GROUP. You may not copy or reproduce them without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, THE SOLENT TECH GROUP shall not be liable for indirect damages or loss of profits arising from your use of the service.
