AuditTrackr is designed to bridge the gap between field reality and audit requirements. We enforce structure at the point of capture.
The Audit Pack
A single ZIP export containing the CSV ledger and a folder of images. Every image file is renamed to match the Transaction ID in the ledger (e.g., EXP-10023.jpg).
Originals + Metadata
We never modify the source image. We store the original high-resolution file alongside a JSON manifest containing the sender ID, timestamp, and geolocation (if available).
Approval Chain
Every expense includes a log of who submitted it, who approved it, and when. No more 'verbal approvals'.
